Double Cabbage Coleslaw Recipe

Makes 2 cups

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup honey-mustard
  • 2 tbsp golden brown sugar
  • 2 tsp celery seeds
  • 1 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or plain yogurt
  • 1 medium head green cabbage, shredded
  • 1 medium head red cabbage, shredded
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup dried currants


  • Instructions:

    1. Whisk first 6 ingredients together.
    2. Add may and sour cream and whisk until smooth.
    3. Add both cabbages, green onions and currants and toss to coat (I'd use a large bowl here).
    4. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
