Cabbage Soup Recipe

Serves 6

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (48-oz) tomato juice
  • 1 diced onion
  • 3 cup water
  • 6 beef bouillon cubes
  • 1/2 head cabbage shredded
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 4 sliced carrots


  • Instructions:

    1. In a large pot, combine tomato juice, water, cabbage, carrots, onion, bouillon and bay leaf, and simmer for an hour.
    2. Remove bay leaf before serving.
