Cabbage Chowder Recipe

Serves 8

Ingredients:

  • 4 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 2 cup carrots, sliced
  • 3 cup potatoes, diced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 2 cup water
  • 2 tsp butter
  • 4 cup milk


  • Instructions:

    1. Put all ingredients, except milk and butter, in a pot and cook over low heat until the vegetables are done.
    2. Add the butter and milk and heat through.
