Abidjan Cabbage Salad Recipe

Serves 6

Ingredients:

  • 4 cup thinly sliced cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrot
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil


  • Instructions:

    1. Place cabbage, carrots and pineapple into a large bowl.
    2. Mix the dressing by whisking all the ingredients together until creamy or by drizzling the oil into the juices while in a blender.
    3. Thoroughly blend the dressing and the vegetables.
    4. Refrigerate or serve immediately.
