Abidjan Cabbage Salad Recipe
Serves 6 Ingredients: 4 cup thinly sliced cabbage
1 cup shredded carrot
1 cup pineapple chunks
Juice of 1 lemon
Juice of 1 orange
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup vegetable oil
Instructions: 1. Place cabbage, carrots and pineapple into a large bowl.
2. Mix the dressing by whisking all the ingredients together until creamy or by drizzling the oil into the juices while in a blender.
3. Thoroughly blend the dressing and the vegetables.
4. Refrigerate or serve immediately.
