Parmesan Vegetable Toss Recipe
Instructions:1. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, sugar, basil and salt.
2. Add broccoli, cauliflower, onion and waterchestnuts; toss.
3. Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
4. Just before serving, place lettuce in a salad bowl and top with vegetable mixture.
5. Sprinkle with bacon.
6. Top with croutons if desired.
