Taco Salad RecipeServes 4 Ingredients:Instructions:1. Drain beans and corn.2. Shred lettuce. 3. Slice tomatoes into bite size pieces. 4. Chop onion. 5. Grate cheese and chill the first 6 items. 6. Just before serving, add crumbled corn chips and top with 1 bottle of Catalina dressing. 7. I also add 1 lb of ground round to this recipe which makes it even better. 8. In lieu of the bottle of Catalina dressing, you can add some thick, spicy salsa plus approximately 1/4th cup of Catalina dressing to taste. |
