Asparagus Soup Recipe
Serves 4 Ingredients: 2 lb (1 vegetable) asparagus, sliced diagonally
Beef or chicken bouillion cube
3 leeks, sliced
1 cup cream
4 green onion, sliced thinly
2 tbsp tarragon
1 red potato, chopped small
2 tbsp basil
3 tbsp butter
1 clove garlic, pressed
4 cup water
1 tbsp soy sauce
Instructions: 1. Saute vegetables in butter for 5 minutes.
2. Add water and bouillon cube; Simmer 5 minutes.
3. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 10 minutes more.
4. Serve.
