Tangy Shrimp Noodle Salad Recipe

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 2 cup uncooked noodles (about 4 ounces)
  • 2 cup coarsely chopped zucchini (about 2 medium)
  • 1/2 cup sliced celery (about 1 medium stalk)
  • 1/4 cup sliced ripe olives
  • 1 can (4 1/4 ounces) tiny shrimp, rinsed and drained
  • Horseradish dressing
  • Salad greens


  • Instructions:

    1. Cook noodles as directed on package; drain.
    2. Mix all ingredients except salad greens Refrigerate at least 2 hours but no longer than 24 hours.
    3. Spoon onto salad greens.
