Easy Seafood Salad Recipe

Serves 4 to 6

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 3 tbsp seafood cocktail sauce
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 12 ounces shrimp, crabmeat, or imitation crabmeat
  • 1 can (10 1/2 oz) asparagus cuts and tips, drained and chopped


  • Instructions:

    1. Combine first four ingredients.
    2. Fold in shrimp and asparagus; chill.
    3. Serve with crackers as an appetizer, or with lettuce and tomato for a festive salad.
