Easy Seafood Salad Recipe
Serves 4 to 6 Ingredients: 1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sliced green onions
3 tbsp seafood cocktail sauce
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
12 ounces shrimp, crabmeat, or imitation crabmeat
1 can (10 1/2 oz) asparagus cuts and tips, drained and chopped
Instructions: 1. Combine first four ingredients.
2. Fold in shrimp and asparagus; chill.
3. Serve with crackers as an appetizer, or with lettuce and tomato for a festive salad.
