Vegetable Baked Fish Recipe

Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup zucchini, sliced
  • 1 green pepper, sliced
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 lb fish fillet
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/8 tsp paprika


  • Instructions:

    1. Place 1/2 of vegetables in baking dish.
    2. Season fish with salt and pepper and place on top of the vegetables.
    3. Cover with remaining vegetables.
    4. Add water, dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika.
    5. Bake at 350 F for 20 to 25 minutes.
