Tunados Recipe
Serves 6 Ingredients: 3 avocados
1 can tuna, drained and chunked
1/2 cup celery, chopped finely
1 tbsp chives, chopped
2 tbsp Italian salad dressing
1/4 cup mayonnaise
3 tbsp cheese, grated, mild
1/2 cup potato chips, crushed
Instructions: 1. Cut avocados in half lengthwise, remove pits, but do not peel.
2. Combine tuna, celery, chives, Italian dressing, and mayonnaise.
3. Mix well.
4. Spoon into avocado halves and arrange on shallow baking dish.
5. Pour 1/2-inch boiling water into the bottom of dish.
6. Sprinkle tops of avocados with cheese.
7. Bake at 400 F for approximately 15 minutes.
8. Before serving, sprinkle with the crushed potato chips.
