Saute Lehi with Puna Papaya Pepper Relish Recipe
Serves 1
Nutritional information per serving: 215 calories, 5 grams of fat
Ingredients: 1 tsp olive oil
4 ounces lehi fillet (up to 5)
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup ripe diced papaya
1 cup ripe diced pineapple
1 tbsp sweet thai chili sauce
1/4 cup diced red and green bell pepper
1 tsp chopped cilantro
Instructions: 1. Season fillets with salt and pepper.
2. Saute fillets in olive oil until done.
3. In a bowl, toss papaya, pineapple, chili sauce, bell peppers and cilantro.
4. Serve relish along with the lehi.
