Moroccan Fish Recipe

Serves 4

This is very spicy. Do not use on unsuspecting friends, unless you're trying to get rid of them.

Ingredients:

  • 5 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 2 tbsp cumin
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp pepper flakes, dried
  • 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 lb red snapper filets, or other types of fish


  • Instructions:

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Mix garlic, cumin, olive oil, pepper flakes, cilantro and lemon juice into a paste.
    2. Put the filets in a shallow baking dish and spread this paste over them.
    3. Cover tightly with foil.
    4. Bake at 350 degrees F for 5 to 10 minutes (a little longer if the filets are thick).
