Mack-Gyro for Four Recipe

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb skinless Spanish mackerel filets
  • 1/2 cup low-fat yogurt
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 tsp dill
  • 1/8 tsp pepper


  • Instructions:

    1. Mix sauce.
    2. Place fillets in microwave dish, thick parts towards the outside.
    3. Cover with plastic wrap and poke holes for venting.
    4. Microwave on HIGH 3 minutes.
    5. Pour sauce on fish and recover.
    6. Rotate dish and cook another 2 to 3 minutes.
    7. Serve with salt at the table.
