Italian Baked Fish Recipe
Serves 4
Light and luscious.
Each Serving: 154 calories, 29 g protein, 2 g fat, 3 g carbohydrates, 427 mg sodium and 85 mg cholesterol.
Ingredients: 1 1/2 lb flounder or sole fillets
3 tbsp low-cal Italian dressing
3 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp worchestershire sauce
1/8 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper
Instructions: 1. Place fish in shallow baking dish.
2. Combine remaining ingredients and pour evenly over fish.
3. Marinate several hours in the refrigerator, turning the fish occasionally.
4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
5. Bake fish uncovered for 30 minutes.
6. Broil for 5 minutes, or until fish is crisped.
