Grilled Halibut Recipe
Serves 4 Ingredients: 1/2 cup soy sauce, low salt
1 tsp ginger, (grated)
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup garlic
1 tsp dry mustard
Instructions: 1. Mix ingredients in a marinade dish and add halibut steaks.
2. Cover both sides and let stand 4 hours turning frequently.
3. Heat grill to medium temp. (A seafood cooking screen helps hold fish together.)
4. Grill steaks until well done but not dry, basting with marinade frequently.
5. Serve with rice or veggies.
