Lemon Baked Fish Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb haddock fillets, fresh or frozen, or flounder fillets
  • 1 tbsp butter or margarine
  • 4 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon rind, grated
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1/8 tsp rosemary


  • Instructions:

    1. Thaw frozen fish.
    2. Preheat oven to 350F.
    3. Divide frozen or fresh fish into 6 servings.
    4. Place in single layer in a baking pan.
    5. Mix butter or margarine, lemon juice, lemon rind, salt, pepper, and rosemary.
    6. Pour over fish.
    7. Bake for 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
