Great Grilled Flounder Recipe

Serves 6

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds flounder fillet
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp cajun seasoning


Instructions:

1. Arrange fish on a well-oiled grill.
2. Combine remaining ingredients and baste fish.
3. Grill, turning and basting occasionally, for 10 minutes per inch of thickn ess or until fish is flaky and no longer translucent in the center.
