Flounder with Cream of Shrimp Soup Recipe

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 1 package frozen flounder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 can cream of shrimp soup
  • Tabasco sauce
  • 1 ounce sherry


Instructions:

1. Salt and pepper dish.
2. Place in casserole dish and cover with Worcestershire sauce.
3. Pour soup on top.
4. Heat at 350 degrees until bubbly.
5. Add a dash of Tabasco sauce and sherry.
6. Cook about 30-40 minutes.
