Flounder in Sweet-Sour Sauce Recipe
Instructions:1. Cut fillets in serving size pieces.
2. Brown onions in butter ; add flour; cook 3 minutes.
3. Add beer and remaining ingredients except vinegar.
4. Cook over low heat, stirring until thickened.
5. Add fillets, cover and cook, until fish is done.
6. Add vinegar, cook 2 minutes longer. Serve.
