Fish Fillets in Garlic Butter Recipe
Serves 4 Ingredients: 2 tbsp butter or margarine
2 small garlic cloves, minced
4 fish fillets (6 oz each), salmon, whitefish or cod
1/4 cup green onion, thinly sliced
Lemon wedges
Instructions: 1. In a skillet, melt butter over a medium heat.
2. Saute garlic 1 minute.
3. Place fish over garlic, cover and cook over low heat 3 minutes.
4. Carefully turn fish; sprinkle with onions.
5. Cover and continue to cook until fish flakes easily with fork, about 2-3 minutes.
6. Squeeze lemon over fish.
7. Serve immediately.
