Lemon Baked Cod Recipe
Serves 4 Ingredients: 1 lb cod fillets
1/4 cup margarine or butter, melted
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp white pepper
Paprika
Instructions: 1. Mix margarine and lemon juice.
2. In another bowl mix flour, salt and white pepper, dip fish into margarine mixture then into flour mixture.
3. Place fish in 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
4. Pour remaining margarine mixture over fish before baking.
