Deep Fried Cod Recipe
Serves 3 to 4 Ingredients: 1 lb frozen cod
Batter:
1 egg
3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup water
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sesame seed
Instructions: 1. Mix together.
2. Cut cod fillets into serving sizes.
3. Dip pieces into batter (make sure pieces are dry so batter will stick).
4. Deep fry in 1-inch of oil for 10 to 15 minutes each side or until golden brown.
