Cod Fillets with Cucumber Dill Sauce Recipe
Instructions:1. Puree cucumber, dill, onions, salt and yogurt in blender.
2. Pour into small bowl; set aside.
3. Arrange fish on roasting rack.
4. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
5. Cover with wax paper.
6. Microwave at High 5 to 7 minutes or until fish flakes easily, rearranging after half the cooking time; set aside.
7. Reduce power to Medium.
8. Microwave cucumber dill sauce 1 to 3 minutes to heat.
9. Serve over fish.
