Ceviche Recipe

Serves 6

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb fish filets
  • 8 oz lime juice
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 1 small jalapeno pepper, chopt
  • 2 medium tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 30 pitted green olives
  • 1/8 tsp cumin
  • 20 capers
  • 1/4 cup fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 oregano to taste


  • Instructions:

    1. Marinate fish in lime juice for 4 to 5 hours, until fish turns white.
    2. Drain; mix with all other ingredients.
    3. Serve chilled.
