Ceviche Recipe
Serves 6 Ingredients: 1 lb fish filets
8 oz lime juice
1 large onion, finely chopped
1 small jalapeno pepper, chopt
2 medium tomatoes, finely chopped
30 pitted green olives
1/8 tsp cumin
20 capers
1/4 cup fresh coriander, chopped
1/4 cup olive oil
1 salt and pepper to taste
1 oregano to taste
Instructions: 1. Marinate fish in lime juice for 4 to 5 hours, until fish turns white.
2. Drain; mix with all other ingredients.
3. Serve chilled.
