Sour Cream Baked Catfish Recipe

Serves 6

Ingredients:

  • 6 dressed catfish
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tbsp flour
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 3 tbsp olives, stuffed, chopped
  • 1 tsp celery salt
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp thyme
  • 1 tbsp dillweed, fresh
  • Lemon wedges
  • Parsley


Instructions:

1. Place cleaned, washed, dried fish in a greased baking dish.
2. Combine mayonnaise and flour; add sour cream, olives, celery salt, paprika, pepper and thyme.
3. Spread sauce over fish.
4. Sprinkle with dillweed.
5. Bake in 350 degree oven about 25 minutes, or until fish flakes when touched with a fork.
6. Apply garnish.
