Butterfish with Lemongrass Recipe
Serves 4 Ingredients: 1 tbsp veg oil
2 pounds butterfish or other fillets
1 1/2 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp thin sliced fresh lemongrass
1 fresh jalapeno, chopped
1 pinch sugar
1/2 cup water
Instructions: 1. Heat oil in frying pan on medium Add fish and then other ingred.
2. Simmer uncovered 10 min, spooning pan juices over fish frequently.
