Crawfish Fritters Recipe
Serves 6 Ingredients: 1 cup crawfish tails
1/4 cup pimientos, chopped
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
2 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp liquid crab boil
1/2 cup broth or water
Oil for frying
Instructions: 1. Add pimientos and green onions to crawfish.
2. Sift flour, baking soda and salt together and add to crawfish.
3. Add broth or water and mix to make a thick batter.
4. Cover and let rest for 1/2 hour.
5. Heat oil.
6. Drop batter by spoonsful and fry until golden brown.
