Boiled Crawfish RecipeServes 12 to 15 Ingredients:Instructions:1. Fill 60 qt pot halfway.2. Add all except crawfish, 1/2 liquid crab boil and 2 oz cayenne. 3. Bring to a vigorous boil. 4. Purge crawfish (place in heavily salted water for 10-15 minutes), add to vigorously boiling water. 5. When water returns to rolling boil, add other half crab boil and 2 oz cayenne. 6. Take off fire and let soak for 15 minutes. |
