Maryland Lady Crab Cakes RecipeMakes 6 crab cakes Ingredients:Instructions:1. Remove all cartilage from crabmeat.2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, egg(s), mayonnaise and seasonings. 3. Add crabmeat and mix gently but thoroughly. 4. If mixture is too dry add a little more mayonnaise. 5. Shape into six cakes. 6. Cook cakes in fry pan, in just enough fat to prevent sticking, until browned; about 5 minutes on each side. 7. If desired, crab cakes may be deep fried at 350 degrees, two to three minutes, or until browned. |
