Crabmeat Butter Recipe
Makes 4 cups Ingredients: 1 cup butter (do not substitute)
2 lbs cream cheese
2 lbs lump crabmeat
2 or 3 green onions (optional)
Dash of cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions: 1. In double boiler, melt butter and cream cheese.
2. Fold in crabmeat.
3. Serve in chafing dish with rounds or chips.
4. For variety, add 2 or 3 chopped green onions and a dash of cayenne pepper.
