Crab Fritters Recipe
Serves 12 Ingredients: 1/2 lb crab meat (8 oz)
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
1 cup all-purpose biscuit mix
Juice of 1 whole lemon
1/8 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
1/2 tsp parsley flakes
6 drops Worcestershire sauce
Fat or oil for frying
Instructions: 1. Remove all cartilage from crab meat.
2. In a bowl, beat egg; add milk; stir in biscuit mix.
3. Add seasonings and crab meat and mix gently.
4. In heavy skillet, heat 2 to 3 inches fat or oil to 375 degrees.
5. Drop batter into hot oil by 1/2 teaspoon and fry until brown.
