American Crab Cakes Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices bread, crusts removed
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp old bay seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 lb crab meat


  • Instructions:

    1. Break bread into small pieces and moisten with milk.
    2. Add remaining ingredients; shape into cakes.
    3. Fry or broil until golden brown.
