American Crab Cakes Recipe
Serves 6

Ingredients: 2 slices bread, crusts removed
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp parsley
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp old bay seasoning
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg, beaten
1 lb crab meat
Instructions: 1. Break bread into small pieces and moisten with milk.
2. Add remaining ingredients; shape into cakes.
3. Fry or broil until golden brown.
