Clam and Corn Chowder Recipe

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 1 small yellow onion, peeled and diced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 can minced clams (6 1/2 oz)
  • 1 can cream-style corn (17 oz)
  • Equal amount of milk (17 oz)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill weed


  • Instructions:

    1. Saute onion in butter until soft.
    2. Do not discolor.
    3. Combine other ingredients and bring to a simmer.
    4. Simmer for 5 minutes and serve.
    5. Be sure to add lots of freshly ground pepper.
