Quick and Simple Beer Muffins Recipe

Makes 12 muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup beer
  • 2 cups buttermilk baking mix


Instructions:

1. Mix the two ingredients until it's barely a batter but no more. Don't beat it.
2. Pour it into 8 or 12 greased muffin tins or cups.
3. Bake at 400F for about 12 minutes.
4. There will be a few ounces of beer left in the can, but I'm sure you can think of something to do with it! Serve hot with butter and jam.
