Oreo Mud Pie Recipe

Serves 6

Ingredients:

  • 1 pint chocolate ice cream, soft
  • 1 oreo pie crust
  • 2 pint coffee ice cream, soft
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup chocolate fudge topping

    • Instructions:

    1. Evenly spread chocolate ice cream into crust.
    2. Scoop coffee ice cream into balls; arrange over chocolate layer.
    3. Freeze 4 hours or until firm.
    4. To serve, top with whipped cream, walnuts and fudge topping.
