Baked Doughnut Puffs RecipeServes 12 Ingredients:Instructions:1. Cream shortening, sugar and egg until light and fluffy.2. Sift together flour, salt, baking powder and nutmeg. 3. Add alternately with milk to creamed mixture. 4. Mix well to a stiff dough. 5. Stir in nuts. 6. Drop by tablespoon into well greased, small size muffin pan cups. 7. Bake at 400 F for 20 minutes. 8. Combine powdered sugar and cinnamon in paper bag. 9. Dip top of doughnut in melted butter, shake 2 or 3 at a time in bag with sugar. |
