Russian Tea Cakes Recipe
Instructions:1. Mix butter, sugar, vanilla and almond extract together thoroughly.
2. Sift flour and salt together.
3. Blend all ingredients.
4. Mix in nuts.
5. Chill dough.
6. Roll into 1-inch balls.
7. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
8. Bake in preheated oven at 400 F for 9 to 10 minutes until set, not until brown.
9. Roll in powdered sugar while still warm.
10. Roll once more after cooled.
