Babe's Pecan Pie Recipe
Serves 8
Ingredients: 1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup dark corn syrup
1 cup pecans, coarsely chopped
3 eggs
1 pie shell, unbaked
2 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions: 1. Combine sugar and corn syrup in a small saucepan; bring to a boil.
2. Beat eggs at medium speed til blended.
3. Gradually add hot sugar mixture to eggs, beating constantly.
4. Stir in butter, vanilla and pecans.
5. Pour mixture into pie shell; bake at 350 for 40 min.
