Impossible Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe

Makes 20 cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 egg

    • Instructions:

    1. Mix ingredients and roll into balls about the size of a walnut.
    2. Place on greased cookie sheet and mash down with a fork.
    3. Bake at 350 F until lightly browned.
    4. Remove from cookie sheet immediately and allow to cool on a rack.
