Creamy Smooth Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe

Makes 60 cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter or margarine
  • 1 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 cup unbleached all-purpose flour


  • Instructions:

    1. Cream the butter and peanut butter.
    2. Beat in the sugars, blending well.
    3. Add the eggs, vanilla, salt, baking soda and flour and mix well.
    4. Drop by spoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet.
    5. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
