Creamy Peanut Butter Pie Recipe

Serves 6

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sugar, brown
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter, creamy
  • 2 egg
  • 2 tsp flour
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 pie shell, 9", baked


  • Instructions:

    1. In a saucepan, combine the sugars, peanut butter, eggs and flour.
    2. Gradually stir in the milk.
    3. Cook over moderate heat, stirring con- stantly, until thick.
    4. Don't boil.
    5. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla.
    6. Pour into the baked pie shell and chill.
    7. Serve with whipped cream.
