Creamy Peanut Butter Pie Recipe
Serves 6 Ingredients: 1/2 cup sugar, brown
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter, creamy
2 egg
2 tsp flour
1 1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 pie shell, 9", baked
Instructions: 1. In a saucepan, combine the sugars, peanut butter, eggs and flour.
2. Gradually stir in the milk.
3. Cook over moderate heat, stirring con- stantly, until thick.
4. Don't boil.
5. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla.
6. Pour into the baked pie shell and chill.
7. Serve with whipped cream.
