Cream of Peanut Soup RecipeServes 8 to 10 Ingredients:Instructions:1. Saute onion and celery in butter until tender but not brown.2. Stir in flour and blend well. 3. Add chicken broth, stirring constantly. 4. Bring to a boil; then simmer for 3 to 5 minutes. 5. Remove from heat and rub through a sieve. 6. Discard vegetables. 7.
