Japanese Fruit Pie Recipe
Serves 6 to 8 Ingredients: 1 cube margarine, melted, cooled
1 cup sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp vinegar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped dates
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 unbaked pie shell
Instructions: 1. Combine margarine, sugar, eggs, vinegar and vanilla in bowl.
2. Mix well.
3. Stir in dates, coconut and nuts.
4. Pour into pie shell.
5. Bake in 300 F oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until brown.
