Very Healthy Waffles Recipe - Printable Version Makes 1 waffle
Waffles can be frozen for later. To reheat, just use a toaster.
- 1/3 cup raw almonds
- 1 1/2 cups quick oats
- 2 1/4 cups water
- 1/4 tsp salt, up to 1/2 tsp
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp maple flavor (optional)
1. Put in blender in the order as listed.
2. Blend well.
3. Allow to set while waffle iron is preheating.
4. Bake in a hot waffle iron for 8 to 10 minutes.
